JOB OPENING: Pottawatomie Wabaunsee Regional Library – Onaga Assistant Branch Librarian


LOCATION: Onaga, KS 


JOB DESCRIPTION: Onaga Assistant Branch Librarian

SALARY: $11.21 per hour, 16.5 hours per week

BENEFITS: Part Time

SEEKING TO FILL: Assistant Branch Librarian position for the Pottawatomie Wabaunsee Regional Library at the Onaga Branch Library. This position is scheduled to work 16.5 hours per week, 9 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. each Wednesday and 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. each Friday. Relevant education, or practical library experience preferred; computer experience required; needs excellent communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail a must. Must be physically able to stoop, stretch, plus ability to lift materials as needed.

The Assistant Branch Librarian is responsible for helping with the operation of the PWRL Onaga Branch Library.  This position assists in managing all aspects of the Library operation including circulating materials and maintaining equipment.
